Officer in Command
Lieutenant (Lt) V. Coles is 203s Officer Commanding/Commanding Officer (OC/CO). She has passed both her Initial Training Course and Adult Instructors course and has been with 203 Brentford and the ACF for 5 ½ years. She took command of the unit in September 2006.
She passed the Cadet Forces Commissioning Board (CFCB) in July 2008 which gives the individual the Queen’s Commission and the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. She was then promorted in July 2010 to the rank of Lieutenant. Lt Coles also undertook the King George VI Memorial Leadership Course in March 2009 which qualifies her to oversee field training exercises for the cadets.
She has also since been awarded the Best Detachment Commander Award for Middlesex & NW London in March 2010.
