SSI J. Lazell
SSI Lazell has been an instructor with the unit for 3 ½ years, having joined the unit’s adult staff upon reaching 18 (the age at which cadets must leave). He was promoted from PI to SI in 2007 after successfully passing his Adult Initial Training Course course. He was then promoted from SI to SSI on the 2009 Annual Camp. He was previously a cadet with 203 for 5 years during which he reached the level of Sergeant and was the units senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).
PI B. Williams
PI Williams joined 203 Brentford as a Civilian Assistant (CA) in Spring 2009. He was promoted to the rank of Probationary Instructor (PI) before annual camp 2009 upon passing the Initial Boarding Weekend and plans to attend the Adult Initial Training Course in the first half of 2010. PI Williams rejoins the ACF after having taken a break from cadets between School and College to work in Wales. He was previously a cadet at 202 Acton for 4 years.
